All orders requesting Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select shipping should contact (561)843-0029 or sales@designer-brands.com prior to ordering to check product availability. If your order is out of stock, and you requested Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select as your shipping method, you will be contacted via e-mail within 24-48 business hours.

Order Acceptance Policy

Order confirmations do not indicate our acceptance of your order. Designer Brands, LLC reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any or no reason. All orders must establish an acceptable method of payment.

Designer Brands, LLC may require verifications or additional information before processing your order. Missing, incorrect, or fraudulent information may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

Payment Policy

Designer Brands, LLC accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be billed at the time of shipment. No surcharge will be assessed for use of a credit card. Purchase orders are not accepted. To resolve payment issues, please contact sales@designer-brands.com or (561)843-0029. If the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Designer Brands, LLC ships orders Monday through Friday via USPS. Average ground delivery time is 7-12 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. If your order will be shipped to a location different than the billing address, that location must be on file with your credit card company. Designer Brands, LLC will contact your credit card company to verify the shipping address on all orders.

Orders placed on designer-brands.com will be shipped via USPS to street deliverable addresses only. Orders placed with only a P.O. Box address will be cancelled. Designer Brands, LLC does not ship internationally.

As a safeguard against fraudulent orders many orders placed at designer-brands.com will require a signature upon delivery.

Warranty Information

All Designer Brands, LLC sunglasses are backed by an unconditional 30-day guarantee. Designer Brands, LLC guarantees all products against breakage and defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack, or children under 5. To return your product on warranty, contact Designer Brands, LLC directly at (561)843-0029 for a return authorization.
